Coordinator: Barbara McSherry

The wedding coordinators are a help to our parish priests. We conduct the wedding rehearsals, answer any questions, practice the readings, bringing up the gifts, lighting the wedding candle, the seating of the bridal party, etc. The rehearsal takes about an hour. The coordinators are present at the church early on the day of the wedding, making sure everything goes smoothly – the guests are seated, the parents, the wedding party – and our beautiful brides are headed
down the aisle. This is a very happy ministry.

This fall we will advertise in the bulletin for anyone interested in becoming
a wedding coordinator, followed by a training session for the newcomers.

We have fourteen weddings this season beginning with May 22nd and ending
on November 6th.
