Christmas Events 2010 at St. Elizabeth Seton

Below is a listing of Christmas events, announcements and schedules provided by our different ministries.

Christmas Eve: Mass at 4 p.m., with Children's Christmas Pageant at 3:30 & Children's Choir singing at Mass
Mass at 6 p.m., Dan Dwyer, Cantor, Jeanine Kelly, flute

Midnight Mass: Adult Choir & String Ensemble: concert at 11:30 & playing & singing at Mass

Christmas day: Mass at 8:30, organ & congregational singing
Mass at 10, Colleen Kanaley, cantor.

Christmas Pageant 2010!
Pageant practices are from 6:00-6:30 Monday nights on December 6, 13, and 20. Our big dress rehearsal is on Thursday December 23 from 4:00-6:00. Rehearsals are mandatory.

The pageant will be presented on December 24 at 3:30. All cast members need to come to church with their costumes on at 3:15. All members will then stay for the 4:00 Christmas Eve Vigil Mass immediately after the pageant.

Costumes will be distributed on Dec. 23 to the parents when they drop off their children for the big rehearsal. The cast members will give back the costumes downstairs after the 4:00 Mass on Christmas Eve.

Students who have been playing music instruments for at least three full years are welcomed to join the pageant orchestra. Practices for the orchestra only are on Saturday mornings at 9:30 Dec. 11 and Dec. 18. The orchestra must also be at the big rehearsal from 4:00-6:00 on Dec. 23.

Any parents who can take pictures of the rehearsals and pageant for our web site is invited to do so.
